Bills includes, gas, electric, council tax, wireless broadband, water rates etc. Plenty of parking on the road outside. The house is a short walk from Dartford Station, approx 10-15 minutes max! Easy access to the M25 and A2 to either London or the coast. The house has central heating, double glazing a open plan living room with sky TV, with a large kitchen. The bathroom is a good size with bath and power shower There is a washing machine, fridge and fridge/freezer. Has a reasonable sized garden with BBQ, table and chairs Terms and conditions: Minimum period 6 months rental and a deposit of £100, on vacating the room the deposit will be fully refunded provided no damages caused to fixtures and fittings. Rent to be paid 4 weeks in advance.
