I live in the heart of trendy Dalston in a loft. The flat is amazing, floor to ceiling windows, massive space, split level mezzanine, open plan, secure building with security at the door. VERY close to public transport and local amenities. 5 min walk to dalston kingsland train station, bus to liverpool st. 16 min.

The flat has no actual rooms, but has a lot of space to build one. I am looking for someone to share the mezzanine with me and I am willing to build a wall. it is currently separated with wardrobes. I prefer a creative person who would enjoy the flat and if if you want to use downstairs as a studio thats fine too.

I am a graphic designer, really love this flat, it just makes me happy when I wake up everyday, the windows are amazing and its very central. My housemate is moving out so looking for someone to replace.
