The property is well placed for Edinburgh Royal Infirmary and Liberton Hospital with excellent bus service to city centre, (lothian no. 49 bus + first no. 86 bus both operate a regular service) and close to city bypass, Cameron Toll, and Fort Kinnaird Park.

Looking to let long-term (but will look at short term), rent will include all bills and 1 month deposit will be required.

Internet available on pay as you go (I have an O2 dongle which I don’t use that you can have free of charge and you just need to top it up when using it)
