Hi, my name is Steph and I have been living for about 4 months in a really lovely flat about 10/15 minutes walk from South Croydon train station.

I'm looking for a friendly and sociable female housemate who will see this flat as a home and not just somewhere to crash. I'm not suggesting with have dinner together every evening at 7pm sharp but someone who would be happy to hang out a bit and watch TV together occasionally! Id prefer to live with a female of a similar age (I'm 28).

The flat is 0.7 miles from South Croydon Train Station and 1.2 miles from East Croydon Station. There are 2 off street parking spaces behind the block.

The flat is newly redecorated so is very fresh and light with a brand new kitchen and carpet. Flat is furnished, which includes bed and wardrobe fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. Both rooms have double beds, built in wardrobes, bathroom has shower, and there is a large communal living room.

The £400 rent does not include bills (electricity, council tax, water, internet)
