Hi all, our current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend and so we have a double room to let in our crouch end pad, available at the end of August.

We're looking for a friendly and sociable, professional, non-smoking female to share our lovely 3 bedroom flat in crouch end. The flat is homely and relaxed and we're looking for someone who wants a home rather than just a flatshare or somewhere to sleep. We both do our own things but always find time to hangout together and chill out in front of the TV with a glass of wine!

We are two girls aged 29 and 30, both professionals one in HR and the other is training to be a psychologist.

The room is furnished with a matching pine double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and the flat is very spacious with an open plan kitchen/living room as well as a bathroom and additional toilet (very handy with 3 girls sharing! ).

The flat is ideally located in crouch end with the mecca of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops on our doorstep!

Rent is A520pcm excl council tax and bills and the room is available from 31st August.
