You’d be sharing with 3 friends in their mid-twenties who are starting a new houseshare; Joe who is moving to London to train as an English Teacher, Ross who works in P. R. and myself, I work as a teacher. We are all sociable and good fun to be around without being overbearing. I expect we shall keep it a bit quieter in the week and enjoy the weekends.

Apartment is ideal for young professionals (or students who are willing to chip in with the council tax). We are not fussed about male or female housemates but we would like housemates to have a good standard of spoken English. We’re hoping for people who will be happy to socialise with us but have their own life too.

The landlord is a private owner so there is no agency fees to pay and he seems really cool. All bills will be shared and rooms will be available from 1st Sept ’11. All pretty standard stuff!
