Hello potential flatmate

Before we carry on, I just have to let you know that you will be sharing with one other man, namely, myself. I hope that wont be a problem. I'm currently looking to fill an empty (actually, my flatmate is still in there) sunny dbl room overlooking the garden. Of those whom has viewed the room, they all say that it seems to be bigger than normal size dbl.

A little bit about myself. I run a landscape company which I love and always try to keep the garden in good shape. I'm quite a relaxed individual who enjoys the simple things in life. I'm not overly concerned with keeping the place spotless at all times, however I do like cleanliness and I would expect the same from others too.

I have a medium sized dog called Xena who has a tendency of growing attached to strangers and them to her. She is a good listener and you will probably find yourself talking to her (and really, that would just be weird. But if no-one is looking, just go for it).

I'm looking for quite a chilled out flatmate (male or female) whom has there priorities sorted out, someone whom respects others but really is just a happy and fun individual with a touch of maturity and calmess.

On offer is a double room in a 2 bed ground floor flat in Crouch End. The property is well maintained and has one bathroom, big kitchen, lounge and very beautiful, well kept private back garden. I recently built an open yet contained fireplace out of a washing machine drum which is great in the summer as well as having a massive gas burner outside, a weber and also a little 'smoker' for chicken or fish. So as you can see, the garden is fully equipped for great summer nights. Room includes dbl bed, chest of drawers and cupboard with full mirror. The room gets the afternoon sun all year round and is quite bright and airy.

The property is a 5 min bus ride from Finsbury Park (Victoria, Piccadilly line and national rail), 5 min walk to Harringay, and Crouch Hill (London Overground). Victoria line is the quickest in the tube so getting places are quick and easy.

Rent includes bills (electricity, water, gas, council tax) and internet. Property must be seen for you to appreciate it.

Ps. unfortuantely, there are no pics of the room up yet as my flatmate is still in there and its hard to try and get a good picture as I dont really want to pressure her in tidying it but as soon as the room is free, Ill make sure to get the pic uploaded.
