We are looking for a young professional for a short term let of six months to fit into our homely relaxed flat in Crouch End. Ideally we would like to find another girl to fit in with the two of us girls. Would suit someone tidy who wants a friendly home to share for 6 months.

The Flat
The flat is a 3 bedroom nicely furnished flat on the 3rd floor of a purpose built block which is well cared for by the caretaker with a mix of tenants from families, older and younger people. The flat has three bedrooms, kitchen (which has just been redecorated) lounge, bathroom and separate toilet.

Bedroom
The room is a large double which is furnished with bed, separate wardrobe space, chest of drawers, armchair. The rent for the room is A465 pcm and bills are not included but are reasonable.

Transport
Situated close to Finsbury Park tube (Victoria & Piccadilly), or Archway (Northern) 5-10mins by bus or 15-20 min walk. 5 mins walk to Crouch Hill overland station.

Location
Well cared for court of apartments with communal gardens in a lovely quiet residential area in a premium location within short walking distance to all amenities in Crouch End Broadway with lovely food shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and boutiques. We also have a Sainsbury's, Tescos, Waitrose and Budgens all within walking distance.
Private parking also available by permit.
