Hello! We're looking for 1 person (preferably male to keep the balance) to complete our new 5 bedroom houseshare in leafy Crouch End.

The house is massive and set over 4-5 floors comprising of a large lounge/reception room, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, utility room, 5 bedrooms, a garden and cellar (good for bike storage).

The house is on Ferme Park Road which is about 8-10 mins walk from Crouch End Broadway full of shops, bars & restaurants. The house is also on the W3 bus route from Finsbury Park which stops very close to the house. The property is currently undergoing works so the bright walls in the photos are now magnolia and the house will be kitted out with new furniture.

The house is due to be ready between 18th-25th June, so you'd need to be a little flexible with your moving date, but we're confident it'll be worth the wait!

The bedroom is on the first floor next to the bathroom. It's a cosy room which can fit a double bed and wardrobe. There's plenty of storage throughout the rest of the house.

You'd be living with Suzie (Music Events Producer), Louise (Digital Marketing for a charity), Sally (works in photographic industry) and Gavin (Sales). We're all aged between 25 & 35, easy going and looking forward to setting up a comfortable and friendly home.

Rent for the room is £475 pcm. Council tax is approx £36 pcm each, other bills to be confirmed once we move in. As it's through an agent, there will be deposits and fees involved which we can discuss if you like the room.

No smokers or pets please.
