I'm looking for a young, friendly, non-smoking, female flatmate to rent the second double room in my furnished two bedroom flat in a large flat in Hornsey (near Crouch End).

About me: I'm a 25 year old professional working in the Charity Sector. I've a great bunch of mates living in the local area and I enjoy nights out as well as relaxing evenings. It would be good to share the flat with someone like minded who is independent but is happy to crack open a bottle of white wine when the moment suits!

There are good transport links with Hornsey Station (direct trains to the City and kings cross) and Turnpike Lane station (Piccadily line) within walking distance and Finsbury Park Station (Victoria Line) a short bus ride away.
