We have a huge double room (4.52m x 3.76m) available in a nice quiet house in Cricklewood, London. The room in fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and loads of storage. There would even be plenty of room for another single bed if desired.
We live in a convenient location for commuting, with a bus directly outside the house taking approx 25 min to get to Marble Arch. Its a 10 min walk to Golders Green tube station or the same to Cricklewood Overground station.
You will be living with one couple (a student and a chef) both friendly and relaxed. We're not fussy on who we live with providing they are easy going and respectful. The house itself is very spacious with a large TV/Living room, separate dining room, New Kitchen and Bathroom and a second, downstairs toilet. It also comes with a massive backyard. The house comes fully furnished with Unlimited Broadband, Full Sky TV package and free local calls at night. Another single room will become available in the same house later in January.
The Rent is £159 per week plus bills. We would require the first months rent in advance and £630 refundable bond deposit. The room will be available as of the 17th of January 12.
