Large detached house. Lots of land and several pets. Fairly rural but with very easy access to M4, severn bridge etc. Public transport very limited so will need a car.
Very much an "all muck in together"kind of house rather than being formal. Loads of good points but several flaws. There are 13 rooms in total so it is very easy to distance yourself as and when you choose. Log burner as well as C/H and we take turns getting wood in.
2 female professionals and 3rd party will be leaving very soon.
Very easy going household. Bathroom, shower room and 3rd loo. Great place for someone that wants to join in with DIY and or outdoor life, free range hens gardening and so on. NO good at all if you if you want to just spend all your home time in a room and watch footie on the telly.
Unlimited wireless broadband, Sky TV, w/m, loads of parking, Friendly but considerate housemates, not too girly and very practical.

NB the google pics that pop up with this are almost a mile away and is not the house that you will be looking at!
