The flat is a 2-bed, 2-bath, ground floor flat with a big and airy living room. The room itself is bright with bed and wardrobe. I have been in the flat 2 months and my current flatmate is moving away to follow a great job opportunity.

The flat is on a quiet, reisdential road, just 5 mins walk from the Thameslink station with buses going all over the place from the end of the road. Just the other side of the station is the broadway which is full of cafes, bars, shops, all sorts! And there's a big Tesco 5 mins away on the bus. There is also a large private car park behind the flat if you have a car.

I work for an events company in Farringdon and like to keep active and social. But I also enjoy a quiet night in now and again. So I'm looking for somebody also in work, preferably female but not essential, who would be sociable and enjoy spending time in the flat.
