This is a short-let room ONLY - 3 months, from the 1st of June until the 30th of August - as we are going overseas.
The deposit is £420 (a months rent) which you will get back when we move back in. Rent is £105 in total, so couples pay £52.50 each.

The house is furnished, has heating, laundry facilities, TV, living room, a garden, internet. All bills are included in rent.

It's about a 7 minute walk to Willesden Green Tube and 15 to Kilburn Tube (both Jubilee), with access to plenty of bus routes as well.
At the end of the street is Cricklewood Broadway - a main road with plenty of grocery shops (including co-op), cafes, banks etc. It takes about 10 - 15 minutes to walk to Kilburn or Willesden Green High Road's which both have Sainsbury's, more shops, cafe's, restaurants & pubs, cinemas etc.

The housemates are very social and friendly!
