We are a married couple in our mid 50's who find ourselves with excess space, but do not want to move house. Ideally we are looking for a working person who needs to rent a room on a Monday-Friday basis, but would consider a full time tenant. The room is a large single, furnished with wardrobe, drawer space, a TV and a very comfortable single bed. Bedding can be supplied if necessary. The house is clean and warm, and in a quiet residential area. Laundry and meals can be included if required, at an additional cost. We are close to the C2C Fenchurch Street railway line, and also within close proximity to the A13, A12 and the M25/ Dartford crossing.
