We have a large double room available for rent in a modern 3 bed Victorian 1st floor flat conversion.

Located between Clapham Common and Clapham North stations, on a quiet street. Just off of Clapham High Street (near the great nightlife, bars and restaurants).

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual cooking utensils, washing machine, dishwasher, fridgefreezer, microwave, table and benches. The living room has a large L-shape sofa, plasma TV and a separate dining room table. The bedroom itself is furnished with new double bed and a separate wardrobe.

You will be sharing with two English girls in their mid 20's (ish), both 9 to 5 professionals. We are looking for a girl of similar age to join us in our home. We’re both sociable and enjoy a glass of wine on the sofa.

The flat is a relaxed, friendly and we like to have a giggle. The flat is fully furnished with our belongings and we are looking for someone to share our home.

The rent is £650pcm excluding bills, deposit is 6 weeks rent. Monthly expenses will include council tax, gas, electricity, water, broadband and TV license (approx £80 each).
