- 2 minute walk from Clapham South station, with Tesco/Sainsbury’s/Marks&Spencer + pubs/restaurants all within a couple minutes’ walk
- Right across from Clapham Common
- The room available is an en-suite, double room
- Bedrooms are on ground level, with spacious living room + kitchen in the basement
- Deal directly with helpful and responsive landlords (they are interior designers! ) which removes the hassel of estate agents!
- Move-in date: the sooner the better, as the place is available now, with 19 Dec 2011 as the latest move-in date
- you would be taking over Jen's half of the contract which runs until 23 July 2012.

You'll be sharing the flat with Lucy:

- A (just turned) 30 y. o Canadian expat working in the finance industry, so work long hours during the week, and is barely home before 8pm. On the weekends, she loves eating out, going to a city market, watching a show, and an occassional club.

- As all Canadians are, she is easy going and friendly and has a cheeky sense of humour (definitely not one who takes life too seriously), and would prefer someone who is the same as well as being tidy and have good personal hygiene.

- She loves a good chat over good food, drinks, and most importantly company and is looking for for a sociable flatmate who she can befriends with.
