The rental includes use of an ensuite shower room via small utility area. This leads to the shared kitchen with own cupboard/fridge/freezer space. Own separate entrance to rear of property with outside lighting. Single occupancy is £100 and a couple's occupancy is £140 per week. A £200 deposit secures the annex tenancy with a two week's notice either way. Just add the week's rent in advance to move in with a minimum term of 2 weeks.

The weekly rent includes all bills, broadband, white goods and utensils, crockery etc in shared kitchen. No linen or consumables provided.

The house located close to town, (train station to Bristol/London - 20 min. walk) on two bus routes or M4 corridor and has a small complex of shops i. e. McColls, Post Office, launderette, fish & chip shop to keep you topped up with necessities.

I am a self-employed, mature woman living in the property with another lodger who rents a single room. The house is generally quiet and I am seeking similar people into my happy home. NON SMOKING IS A MUST AS PROPERTY HAS NON-SMOKING INSURANCE POLICY
