Hoping the room will be ready by the end of November! It is a ground floor flat with front and rear garden. The room available has a built in double-wardrobe and will have a bed and chest of drawers. I am currently re-decorating the room so the walls have been re-plastered, there is also a new floor being laid

A five minute walk up the road there is several shops including a dry cleaners, hairdressers, beautician, takeaway shops. 10 minutes in the other direction takes you to Waltham Abbey there is a large Tesco's there and a market held on a Saturday and some shops, this is also part of Lee Valley park so there are some lovely walks and you can wander around the church etc.

It is a five minute bus ride to North Chingford, where there are lots of bars and restaurants. You can pick the train up to take you straight into Liverpool Street which takes about 25 minutes. You can also take a bus to Walthamstow can take approx. 15 minutes depending on traffic, again you can pick up the train to Liverpool Street or use the Underground (Victoria Line).

My ideal tenant needs to be tidy (kitchen should be kept clean, everything put away and washing up never left over night), quiet, easy going.

I have a hectic life, juggling a full-time and part-time job. I do get up early most mornings (6am) and once a week up at 5.30am. Teach four fitness classes a week so there are times when I need to play music and work on choreography.

I go to the gym, go to the theatre as often as I can and spend a lot of time with my family and friends. Love to cook and bake.

Parking is street parking but there is not an issue with parking directly outside the flat.
