Basic old fashioned no frills double room, with double bed and single wardrobe, room over looking the garden, has central heating. 3mins from buses that go everywhere, 7min walk to train station (25mins waterloo). Gatwick 25mins drive, 5min drive from M25. Launderette 3mins and near local shops Tesco Express ect. Kingston 10mins on bus.
I would prefer a female to share either long or short term, if long term then they can make the room however they like. Its a nice 3 bed detached house with south facing garden that I am currently doing up. I have internet connection and 3mins away is a library/comunity centre with pretty much everything there. Although I'm near to everything this road is very quiet.
