I live in Chessington with my husband and son lee who is a trainee chef. Both myself and husband work full time, our son Jason has left home and goes to Uni so we have deceided to rent out our spare room to help towards out morgage. The room is small and has been decorated and has a bed, wardrobe and chester drawers. We live less than five minutes from Chessington North train station and less than five minutes from bus stop which takes you eith to Epsom and Kingston in less than 15 minutes. We have a large garden with two patios. A driveway so there is offstreet parking if needed.
We have a lounge with sky tv and backroom open plan and kitchen, we are hoping to find a lodger to fit in with our family and if a student we offer a home from home and happy to offer meals in the evening if needed and can arrange for washing and ironing done at extra charge?
