Lovely spacious furnished double room (for one person - not couple) in professional furnished flat share. Flat comprises large living room looking out over the promenade; smallish kitchen with gas cooker, two small fridges, one freezer and cupboard space; big bathroom with bath and shower; separate toilet - and two nice flatmates Marcin and Colin. Bills are c. £80 per month on top of rent (slightly more in winter and less in summer).

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, professional, house trained flatmate, who doesn't mind mucking in with the cleaning, enjoys the odd pint at the pub and is generally easy going and honest. Sharing with two males. Males or females welcome.
