Lovely spacious double bedroom to rent in a house share with two other female students.

Very homely and friendly atmosphere. Large and light living room, dining room and kitchen. Huge garden, backing onto Charlton football stadium.

5 min walk to Charlton station, connections to London Bridge and Waterloo in under 20 mins. Excellent bus connections to North Greenwich station for the jubilee line, Greenwich town centre, New Cross and Blackheath. Private drive if you have a car.

Ideally we are searching for a student, no other criteria, we just want someone who is fun, friendly (must have good sense of humour).

We are two 20 year old students currently at Goldsmiths University studying Media and English. We are both very laid back with a you do it, you clean it up attitude. We split all bills, including gas, electricity, water, broadband and TV.

We need someone to move from the beginning of June and the contract is a year long. However we are willing to have someone over the house until September, just over the summer.

Picture shows room unfurnished, however we are willing to supply a bed, bedside table, desk etc.
