I am looking to rent a large double room in a cosy back to back house in Chapel Allerton. It is located within easy strolling distance of all the local amenities, bars, and great bus links. The rent will include all the bills including virgin television, internet, and evening and weekend landline calls.
The bedrooms are situated on separate floors giving extra privacy, and the room I am looking to rent is next to the bathroom so is almost ensuite!
You will be sharing the house with the owner and one cat.
I would prefer someone who is single, or someone who does not want their girlfriend/boyfriend around all week. Preferably a professional in their thirties or above, and someone who is considerate and relatively tidy. The rest is about just getting on.
