It is a great location if your in either Uwic or Cardiff Universities as it is in walking distance from both. Also it is in walking distance from Cardiff town which has lots to offer. If your not a fan of walking, a bus route is just around the corner which goes all around Cardiff and also the Uni's. The buses run every 15/20 minuets. There is parking avalible outside the house if needed. There will be 3 girls aged between 20 and 22 moving in the house, they are going into their 2nd and 3rd years in Uwic. The room avalible has a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and a working desk. It is a nice homely house, just what is needed while studying or working in Cardiff.
