2 2nd year students looking for another housemate to join us in a new contract at a new property. We are currently searching for a property which starts 1st September 2011. We are preferably looking for a house with a garden and all double rooms for roughly £250pcm in the areas of Roath, Cathays or Adamsdown. We have seen a few 4 bed houses which cost the same as a 3 bed which of course opens up the possibility of more storage, study space, extra living room or guest room. We have seen a few nice places so far but I think the search may continue until we get another confirmed housemate. Come live with us! ? =)
