A single ensuite room is available for rent at Cambrian Point (Liberty Living) Student Halls of residence in Cathays, Cardiff. ALL BILLS INCLUDED. RENT PAID UNTIL JANUARY. ONLY £200 BOND NEEDED. The room is a generous size and is fully furnished, it consists of a single bed with storage space underneath, a bed side cabinet with a shelf and a drawer, a very large desk running the width of the room; also with draws for more storage, a chair, a book shelf with three shelves, a full length mirror, pinboard, closet wardrobe and a coat hanging rack. Other amenities in the room are: an internet port (your rent will cover the internet usage), a genourous ammount of electrical sockets and a phone that is free to use internally and for others to call you externally (i. e. someone from home calling your room). The ensuite has a shower, a toilet, and a sink with a mirror.
The flat itself is one the third floor flats (there is a lift), it is made for 6 people; all of whom are very nice, sociacle and easy to llve with. The kitchen area is an open living, very clean, communal area but each resident has there own cupboard that can be opened/locked with their own key, the fridge and freezer are communal. The living area has a table with 6 chairs, a leather sofa, a coffee table and a TV with Freeview. An ironing board, mop/bucket and hoover are all provided.
Cambrian Point is a very clean, safe and friendly place to live. It has 24 hour security and is gated, only residents can get through the gates- using their own personal key cards. Facilities at Cambrian Point itself consist of a laundrette, bicyle sheds, a common room (inside the laundrette) and the reception area where you can pick up your personal mail and where the friendly staff and security team are always ready to help.
It takes about 20 minutes to walk into the city centre and 5 minutes on the bus (the bus stop is right across the road). There are supermarkets and grocery shops nearby so nothing is ever too far away.
