Very large double room in 2 bedroom, 2 storey maisonette in caterham. Room is currently furnished, however it can be unfurnished if you prefer. Sharing with one male, aged 25 and smokers and pets are welcome as long as they get on with my two cats! I work full time Monday to Friday.

The rent is very reasonable at £500 per month. This includes sky tv, house phone, sky sports, broadband and full use of water, electricity, gas. Very relaxed living environment. The house has just been freshly decorated, is clean and a new kitchen was installed in December. The house is a ten minute walk from Whyteleafe south station and the 407 bus route runs just outside the house. Lovely patio area also with BBQ and seating area.
