Hi! I’m looking for a professional lodger to share my home in Lisvane. I live in a ground floor flat, close to Llanishen train station for a quick and easy commute into town (less than 20 minutes). The block of flats are safe and secure, with a babbling brook to fall asleep to! There’s also outdoor clothes driers to get that woodland fragrance into your laundry!

Inside, the flat is newly refurbished, with all the mod cons (washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, sky+, wifi, thermostatic shower). Bills are included (except any phone calls you make from the landline). I’m looking for someone who’s clean, tidy and respectful, and who expects the same in return.

I enjoy walking (I’m an active member of a rambling group) and music festivals, and I’m learning to play the guitar. If you think you’d fit into my home, drop me a line!
