I'm looking for a flatmate to share rent and bills. The flat is a sunny spacious and comfortable place to live. Electric shower and heating. All the usual mod cons and plenty of storage space.

The room is fully furnished with double bed.

The flat is located in a very nice area of Thornhill Cardiff, only a 10 min walk to Sainsburys. Family pubs and Caerphilly mountain only a short distance away. Bus stop 2 min walk, with Lisvane/Thornhill train station nearby. Also, there is space for parking.

I work full time. I do lots of walking/running and mountain biking so when the weathers good I'm out of the house.
