Large double room available in a 3 bed house on Arran st in Roath. It’s shared with two girls, both friendly and tidy.
Located just off city road and is a 15 min walk to Cardiff uni and Howard gardens, 20 min to Glamorgan. Available now through till July 1st. The rent is £265 a month. The deposit was £315 but I’m prepared to offer £200 for taking the room off of me.
So the up front costs will be £115 for the deposit plus a £90 agency fee.
