We are a group of 5 students currently attending The University of Kent in Canterbury and we are looking to find a 6th house mate to rent our available room. We are all friendly people who love to have a good time but are always respectful of others when returning from a night out. We will however be entering our third year at the university at this point so would appreciate the same respect being shown towards us when we are working as we will show towards you.

The house itself is a large detached property on Rough Common Road and is only a short 10- 15 minute walk from UKC campus and a 20-30 minute walk to the city centre. The rent is A72 p/w excluding utilities but split between the whole house, the utility bills are never very expensive. There is internet and a TV license.

Gender and sexuality are not an issue when it comes to possible house mates. The only requirements we have are that you should be a fun, friendly person with a good sense of humour but that also knows their limits, if you are a smoker, it is not a problem but we do ask that you please smoke outside.
