The room up for rent is at the back of the property is very quiet, you can sleep with the window open at night with no problem if you so desire! Inside the room there’s a double bed, bedside table, small chest of drawers and large mirror-fronted wardrobe, so no extra furniture is needed. The flat is in an attractive Georgian terrace located less than 5 minutes walk from Camden Road Station and the local shops, with central Canden located about 5-10 minutes walk away. It is located in the basement of the property, but with windows on both sides, as the ground slopes down on each side.
In the living room a sliding door leads to the patio with a communal washer/dryer room, shared with the other two flats above. The garden out the back is also shared.
Inside the flat there are another three bedrooms, with one person living in each, so it’s not too cramped!
Facilities also include two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower, shared living room and a galley style kitchen.
