Hello,
We are moving into a 4 bedroom house on the 19th August for a minimum years term. we will have a double room available. It is just off Camden Road, near Brecknock Road - 10 mins from Northern and Piccadilly tube lines and close to lots of day and night bus services.
Rent= £650 p/m, bills not included.

4 bedroom house over 3 floors, with 1 bathroom and a second toilet, plus a kitchen diner, with garden, shed and access to communal green. storage space throughout the house, new kitchen being fitted and newly painted.
We will be signing contracts and paying deposits plus a months advance rent on Tuesday 16th August. References will be needed by 19th.

We are 3 young professionals. Safia works in Recruitment, Jon works for the City of London and gets a hard hat and laura is a lawyer. but a nice one! We're a quiet and friendly bunch who enjoy cooking and eating together, generally being sociable. Looking for a like minded person :)
