The room is a fairly large double room, fully furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 x bedside tables.
The flat is on the 2nd floor in a nice quiet area of Sawston. We are within a 5 minute walk of the village shops, pubs etc. Sawston is on a direct bus route into Cambridge and Saffron Walden.
The flat has recently had a new kitchen and bathroom fitted.
Due to myself being a live in landlord I take a great deal of pride in the flat, keeping it clean and tidy.
I enjoy quiet nights in front oth the telly, enjoy eating out, cinema and having friends over for dinner.
Ideally I am looking for a friendly lodger who enjoys the same things as me, also someone who respects other peoples space and belongings.
The is ample parking outside the flat and a small shop within 1 minute.
