Hi all,

I have a large double room (unfurnished) for rent in a shared house. It would be suitable for either a couple of single person.

It is located just off of Gilbert Road in Cambridge. A 10 minute walk to the town center. There is also a lot of nearby parking, and the area is very quiet. Local stores and a pharmacy are a short walk away.

It is a large double room (unfurnished), I can provide photos on request. The kitchen has all modern appliances and is kept very clean. There is also access to a private garden and a garage for secure storage.

The property has two bathrooms, however one is on-suite and used by another bedroom so that means the other is free pretty much all of the time. It is also large very clean.

I am looking for a sensible individual, preferably a professional that cleans up after themselves and is courteous. It is a non-smoking property though you can smoke outside. The rent is £490 a month which includes council tax and internet. Bills though are separate and will be split equally and paid quarterly.
