My names Oli. I'm looking for a professional male/female flatmate to rent out my spare room in my first floor flat. The flat has a clean and pleasant environment, so a clean and tidy non smoker would be perfect. The flat has a bathroom and kitchen, with all the usual amenities. A large lounge with plenty of space to relax. The spare room has a airiel antenna port for your TV with freeview available. A double door wardobe with single shelf and hanger rail. A bookcase. Clean fresh new carpet and freshly painted walls. At the moment I dont have a bed in the room. I intend to buy a double bed for the room. The Flat has a parking space right outside the front door. The flat also has a private garden to the side of the property, with a small shed. May be able to fit a bike in.

The flat is situated in the heart of Fendrayton. A small village 8 miles from Cambridge and 5 miles from Huntingdon. The village has a local pub round the corner from the property. The A14 is a 2min drive from the flat. The guided bus is a 5 min drive.

I am an easy going 30 year old guy who would love a like minded person to share his flat with. All I ask is for the flat to remain as you find it clean and tidy. The rent will be monthly with the first month paid upfront. I Would like to meet in person preferably at the flat to discuss any other details plus so you can view before making a decision. I would also like the person to stay for at least a 6 month period with a months notice if you need to leave. I look forward to hearing from you.
