I have nice garden and enclosed decking area with flower pots, living room with tv, sky, dvd, fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of cupboard space. Wireless broadband. There is a bus stop outside the house. The supermarket, pub, chip shop, chinese take away and college are all within easy walking distance. It is close to tehidy woods.

Both rooms have been recently been decorated, neutral coloured walls and the double has new carpets.

The double room is a good size double room with a divan bed and drawers, a built in double wardrobe. It is is available for single occupancy in a comfortable home, full use of shared kitchen, lounge and garden. The single room is furnished with a divan bed, wardrobe with drawers and a bedside table.

I am a teacher and holistic therapist, I am easy to get on with and I am looking for an independant, clean & tidy professional mature person with an established employment status or student with grants organised, who will respect the house and their room like it was their own and appreciate a clean, quiet and comfortable home.

I have a very friendly little jack russell who is very quiet and tidy, I am not adverse to pets, as long as they get on with my dog.
