Secluded back garden with garage shared with the other house mates but there is little in there except my sofa, which I used as a living room last summer which could be done again with a little tidying and sweeping.

On the first floor there is a shared open plan living room with large 50" Plasma with Xbox 360.

Looking to sort this as soon as possible as I'm going traveling and don't want to leave it until the last minute.

Deposit is minimal and open to negotiation, I'm more concerned with covering the rent.
