I'm looking for a short term replacement in a roomshare flat in Camberwell, from 15/12 to 27/01. Warm and cozy flat, shared with 5 other guys (2 Colombians, one Asian, one Italian and one Moroccan), Fully equipped kitchen, broadband internet, fairly large living room with TV.
Price is as stated in the title - 70£ per week, and upon arrival a 140£ deposit and 30£ for the keys are required. Bills are included in the price. The rent is paid every two weeks.
