A little bit about me. I'm a 31 year old female from South Africa who has been in London for 12 years. I'm a professional worker in the city so I work a 9-5 job. I enjoy relaxing and going out, I'm a very open minded, easy going, down to earth person and looking for someone with the same type of nature. Most of the items in the flat are mine so I would appreciate someone that would take care of things as if they were their own. I'm also very tidy but not a clean freak. I do smoke but most of the times on the balcony as I dont like smoking inside. The rent is £497.00 per month exlcuding bills. Bills are approximately £150.00 per person per month depending on the fluctuation of gas, electricity etc. The deposit is £657.69. You will be added on to the contract which ends and will have the option to be renewed at the end of July 2012.
