House has two cats so must love or like and defo not allergic. House has large garden (secluded) and hot tub. Parking rear and front of house. Bathroom upstairs and shower bathroom downstairs. The dining room can be a lounge for tenant but may need in case of dinner parties (notice will be given). Non smoker if pos, as no smoking allowed in house. The house is drive able distance between Guildford/Farnborough/Aldershot/Reading/Camberley/Woking. I am an easy going friendly to be landlady. If you are interested in room please let me know.
