Hi,

I'm looking for someone who would like to share a nice, light and spacious 3 bed non-smoking first floor flat with
•kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine),
•bathroom (bathtub + shower),
•living/dining room,
•spare/guest room (currently used for drying laundry, housing overnight visitors, etc. )
•parking (first come, first serve, but never had real issues so far).

Yours alone will be one double bedroom, facing north, which could come part-furnished, i. e. wardrobe, but no bed.

How much: £450 pcm + utilities (circa £120)

I have enjoyed sharing this flat with a friend for the past 10 months, but as she is off to the US I am looking for someone who will take her place.

I work Mondays to Fridays and have to travel regularly for work, so would appreciate a mature and responsible flatmate who enjoys having a chat about everything and nothing, but is also happy for me to close my door when I'm not feeling sociable (which doesn't happen very often).
