Hi

I have a furnished double bedroom in a 4 year old property split over 3 levels.

Ground floor - toilet, room with desk and book case in, 2nd lounge which opens onto the garden.

Middle floor - Kitchen and main lounge with dining area

Top Floor - 2 double bedrooms and 1 master bathroom which would be given to new occupants as I have an en suite.

The property is located in a cul de sac so although there is only 1 parking space there is plenty of areas to park safely nearby on behind my car on the drive!

I have 1 house cat who doesnt go in the spare room, hes friendly.

I'm 24, and work at a local hospital so I'm out most of the day. My last tenants have been male but both moved in with partners so I dont think I scared them off (or so they say! ).

There is a washing machine and 2 freezers so plenty of space but no dishwasher or tumble dryer. However this isnt a problem as we have a garden to put washing outside.

I dont mind people having friends over and I have no objections to couples renting the room but it will mean an increase in price due to higher bills.
