Its a newly refurbished 6 bed house, fully furnished.

There are two double bedrooms to rent, both on the second floor.
Both rooms have windows in the roof, and 1 room has a large window on the side of the house. Very very spacious room with a double bed, chester drawers, 3door wardrobe, a bed side cabinet, a large desk and chair and a large radiator.

There is plenty of room on the road outside the house to park cars. I have parked my car outside with no trouble for the last six months.

There is 4 other people already living in the house, 2 students aged 21, and 2 professionals aged 22 and 28. Everyone is lovely and easy to get on with, the only reason for 2 of us leaving is job opportunities else were.

The house will be rented through Red Door Lets, and the deposit will be £300.

We have both already paid for the gas, electric and water until the end of March. The only bill to pay until this date is for the virgin+ box and wireless which in total is £11 per person, monthly.

It is in a very good location, there is a corner shop and take away place at the end of the street, a train station and co-op around the corner and a cinema and restaurant park 5 minute walk away, with Asda and Morrisons. Headingly is a 5 minute walk in the opposite direction with a lot of bars and local pubs and shops. Everything you will need is within walking distance of the house.

The contract is only short term, from now until June 30th, however if you do wish to stay in the house longer you will be able to sign the next contract and stay in the house next year aswell.
