We are looking for a couple or single person to share our house and either rent a large furnished double bedroom or furnished single bedroom from us!

We live midway between Bude and Launceston in a beautiful farmhouse. so both the A39 and A30 are easily accessible. Local beaches and the surf are less than 5 miles away. The rent would include private use of a double bedroom and shared use of the bathroom, kitchen, lounge, dining room and garden. There is also parking if needed. There is broadband connection also. Rent would also include water, electric and council tax.

You must be okay with dogs as we have a very friendly black labrador who we have had from a puppy! So we would consider pets as long as you are happy for them to live with our Chilli dog :) We are a friendly 30 year old couple who are realxed and easy going and enjoy life… good food, good company etc… we enjoy the outdorrs, travelling as much as we can, eating in and out with friends, enjoying the good life :)
