My friends is moving back home to New Zealand and we require someone to take over half the share of the lease as I will continue to stay.
We need someone who is committed for staying at least 5-6 moths until the end of the lease. You need to have a job. The ideal person would be easy to get on with, clean and tidy, and happy to help out with the household chores.

It is a large double room with double wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. All bedding is provided and is all almost new.

We are a 10min walk form Bromley South station with Shortlands & Bromley North close by.
You would also be only a 5-10 min walk to lots of local amenities including the Glades Mall and a thriving High Street.
You would also have access to an off street car-parking space at the rare of the building through locked gates if needed.

The rent is as displayed not including council tax, water, gas and electric fees, and internet (cheap with Virgin), and let contents insurance.

There would also be the bond cost which will be repaid at the end of the lease which is 731.25 pound.
We would need someone wanting to move in ideally before February, Januarys rent has been paid for.
