I am looking for a professional non-smoking person to rent a double room (12 x 10 foot) in my lovely clean, bright and modern 4 bed detached house with 2 bathrooms in Chislehurst/Bickley, Kent. The house has all mod cons including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Sky HD+, wireless broadband. Everything is new and clean the house has a very large back gardern (200 foot) with BBQ and table and chairs. The front of the property has ample parking. It is a 7 minute walk to Chislehurst train station which takes 20 minutes into London Bridge, Charing Cross and Cannon Street. Bickley train station is a 10 minute walk and takes you into Bromley South, London Victoria. Bromley town centre is a short bus ride away and is a lively town centre. A500 pcm all bills inclusive.
