It is a very large house split into three flats. It is a very friendly here and I socialise with both of them. I have all of the ground floor with two rooms to let out, but the large one has gone to a nice chap (45 professional). The bedroom left, is a single (that is why it is only £500 + £400 deposit). I have lived in flat shares before myself and I am very easy to get on with. I am involved in many areas of business and invention, so I travel a lot and work long hours (I also teach/mentor and write).

Our flatshare is in walking distance to Lewisham's DLR station, which goes straight to Canary Wharf. Other Stations nearby: New Cross Gate tube station(15mins walk, overgound at St Johns is only 7mins walk away and the train takes 17 mins into London Bridge. There are other stations near by, also Lewisham and Brockley overgrounds.

We have a washing machine, Wi-Fi and Plasma tv.

Great location, near a park and very quite.
