Both rooms are in a shared house currently with 3 girls 1 guy, but 2 of the girls are moving out over the next week or so. All in our 20's, friendly easy going. We are a minutes walk away from Budgens and other convenience shops as well as 3 train stations: brockley rail station, crofton park, honor oak park.
Our ideal house mate would be working, in their 20's, fairly clean, relaxed, easy going, reliable. We have a large garden which is great in the summer for bbqs!
